Always looking for quality coffee and new productors, our constant presence in various producting countries allows us to create relations and friendly links with producers in addition to a meticulous evaluation of various plantations.

We always check coffee while still on trees and how the harvest and the beans selection, mainly the beans which reached the perfect aging.

We meticulously follow the iter working of the product, from the cherry to the juta bagging. At this point, the quality of the sample collected to the origin is foundamental.

Maximum attention is payed after the green coffee control collected at the unload.

Sieve, colour, flaws (broken beans, black beans, malformed beans, unriped seeds, foreign bodies, etc) have to be strictly correspondent to the charts described by the Contracts and to the pre-shipping sample we have.

Then we will pass to the cup testing. Schoolship and years experience from tasting with other producers, collegues, and field experts will be crucial.

Our personal knowledge of different producers allows us to have useful information about the situation of singolar harvests. Approximate quantities like the weather might influence the quality of various origins. Hence, all the necessary information to communicate to clients.
