Our back office follows all the steps of the selling up to the delivery of the coffee with a costant contact with our clients. It’s our belief that the Selling Contract must be meticulously followed during all its phases.

We check that all the conditions are respected by both parts. Shipment, delivery times, qualities following what has been agreed, etc.

Basically, we check that everithing strictly follows what is asked by C.E.C.

Tight contacts with the most important shippers in the sector to solve inconvenient situationships that might create unease to the brokers or to the sellers are fundamental.

Well, for us the contract isn’t finished in the moment the two parts have signed, but only when the coffee will be ready to be toasted.
